during yesterdays game sometime during the second period (i think) right before they went to a commercial, ryan malone was down on his back in the crease and i swear i saw MAF reach down and like stroke his cheek. did anyone else notice it? it definitely wasn't a face wash, it seemed more like petting him or stroking his cheek. it was bizarre but ( Read more... )

Ok, so it's really sadness all around, but the first paragraph of this article has really made me sad.

He was the voice of the Penguins as long as I remember and it kind of broke my heart that he wasn't able to announce the Stanley Cup ceremony at the beginning of this season. Hopefully he'll be well enough to work a few more games before it's all ( Read more... )
