Hi I went to Four Continents at Honda Center in Anaheim last weekend and here are some logistical and skating!!! thoughts

A whole chunk of my post went missing but basically Shoma made me fall in love with him on ice, Piper and Paul’s FD is exquisite and I feel like their skating is better than Weapo

I don’t like H/D or H/B but Madi and Zach’s edges are very good and I don’t think their programs do anything for them. Their packaging is not for me. Jean Luc is also so good irl and Kaitlin looks less dead in the eyes so I hope they prove me wrong. Team KoKo is getting that Gadbois inflation and I think Chris and Kana were a better team

Marie France was wearing four inch stiletto booties on Sunday. Respect.

And LOL, find myself agreeing with everything you say about ice dance. Dead eyes, hahahaha!

Kaitlin and Jean Luc had tons of energy and momentum as juniors but it’s SO hard to edge your way into Americqn dance, especially when the Shibs were better skaters by comparison. They basically got stuck and gave up imo (I think they also had some injuries). Idk if Gadbois will end up being a good fit since Madison Chock has improved a lot and can deliver the DRAMA that no one else can. But at least H/B look more alive and happy lol

I was never a fan of Madison Chock until now. What she has learned there is amazing and I LOVED Chock/Bates more than I ever had!
