I really don't watch any of the new live-action shows, tbh. I feel like a lapsed Trek fan at this point. I did try to check out Discovery, which people seem to love, but the first 2 eps left me cold. Checked out a couple more when they were on CBS (cuz I'm an old & still have cable) and wasn't any more impressed.

I really liked the animated one, it was really funny. It felt like the only current series that tapped into the original's combo of humor & issues.
