Wow. For the first time, someone allied with me. I mean, I figured she wouldn't betray, because I never saw her betray in any other plotline so far, but still. I like Luna.
In all the storylines I've played so far, I've noticed that Luna (or any pair she's on) always allies, and K (and his pairs) always betray.
So this time around, I got partnered with Alice and chose to go through the green door with Luna. In the other two storylines where I reached the red/blue/green set of doors, the green door was always the Treatment Center (which I still haven't been to yet).
This time? The GAULEM Bay. I WAS RIGHT ABOUT THE PATHS ALL BEING DIFFERENT ROOMS AND I AM SO EXCITED
This room was creepy. And then......talking Terminator-esque robot??
I actually screamed when it first appeared. And then when it started...talking....like that.....I put my 3DS down and walked away for a moment. I was kinda surprised by how much bizarre comic relief is in this storyline. But then just as suddenly as it got bizarre, it got dark and freaky.
A new, unmentioned AB Game rule that makes it even more manipulative. Alice is dead (murder or virus-induced suicide???), Quark is missing (dead or homicidal maniac??), and Clover is on the edge. I sense that we're building up to a Clover mass murder revenge ending as a special treat for those who played the previous game.
There have been SO many more teases - things I've been wanting to see addressed, and actually sort of did. And there will be so many unanswered questions after this is done.
What was the robot about to say? Would it have been "in the middle of you?" Was that mention of artificial skin a foreshadowing or hint? Is someone murdering people now, or is this the virus at play? (Though for that matter, it could be argued that the virus is being used as a murder weapon...) And that mysterious plug in the safe has got to be the key that unlocks K's helmet. FINALLY there has been something addressing his armor.
I wonder if there's some particular mechanism behind which room is accessed behind the red/green/blue doors. I mean, I know it's part of the storyline and it's not random or dynamically calculated, but I wonder what the plot-based mechanism is, or if there even is one. For instance, is it explained by who pulls the lever on the scanning device? By the point total of the 3 participants? Or maybe it's a deus ex machina and I'm over-thinking it. But these games are pretty detailed and all about over-thinking things.
