[With the package already open and its fillings partially missing it's very obvious that Ling apparently couldn't wait to start digging into his food until after he used the PCD. It seemed kinda anticlimactic to me. Huge battles really need some kind of end-boss or huge explosion to draw things to a satisfying end!
