I love it! Oh Chromia! It's just so like her to put the mission first and act tough even in such an extreme situation as just having lost her bondmate. Also, a part of her just being gone made me wince in sympathy, that strikes me as so much worse than pain.

Thanks so much! <333 Yeah, I'd been kind of debating of how to go about writing her reaction - in the end, I figured she'd consider herself a soldier first and a bondmate second. Practical femme till the end >.<

I often imagined that the feeling of losing a bondmate could probably vary between bots too. Though I reckon Chromia would have probably preferred the pain - something she'd be far more experienced dealing with =C
