Just a quickie, and it determines a few things for me;

The beeswax candles I make (as seen in pics behind cut and given to a few people already), would you buy them if I was selling them?

I would really love these with a honey scent - I haven't lit mine yet cause I'm too sentimental and therefore don't know if they have a scent, but if it's a little honey, maybe cinnamon, that would be delicious. To me they're awesome looking the way you're making them, natural colours with the pretty ribbons.

I don't know how they'd work any bigger width-wise than the ones you've given out, i like the width and size definitely, but maybe cause I haven't seen them any other way?

And price... I have such a skewed, student view of prices, hehe, so don't look to me for legitimate pricing. I'd say around $5 each advertised as 'handmade natural beeswax', but I could be /waaay/ off base either direction. Or rather, probably am. Some quick googling says you could be charging about that actually - http://www.beeswaxcreations.com.au/table_altar.htm

Either way, good thinking on marketing them!

Yeah, there is a slight honey scent, but not uber strong. Just subtle. ^_^ But yeah, cinnamon is something I've considered, but a/not really experimented with as yet, and b/wasn't sure if it's my warped mind considering it or if people would actually like it.
Thankyou for the feeedback hon!

Not intentionally. Although, candles in general - phallic symbols, flame for the pyros, I guess some people might like the smell? But no, I couldn't really use it as a selling point. :P

i haven't lit mine yet either, but just sitting on my desk they have a delicious honey scent, i agree with miz's cinnamon suggestion or just maybe spices in general to go with it- i would totally love a candle that smells like chai for example.

I reckon they're definitely worth paying for, but i have no idea how much candles cost... personally i probably wouldn't pay any more than about $5, but i'm a poor student so maybe you could market them for more.

Thanks Megan.
I think the pricing you and Miz have suggested would possibly be about what I'd look at, a few other people have suggested about that too, and I wouldn't like to rule out the uni peoples with the prices! That'd possibly be half my market gone! :P
Again, thanks.
