Hey. I don't usually stalk you, but I have an assignment due on Tuesday and one on Wednesday and a test on Thursday, so any excuse to procrastinate will do.
I've been doing a lot of graduate applications lately, and one point that keeps coming up is that the recruiters will attempt to find you online. They'll read your facebook, and if they can find it your blog. The name of the company you work for is on the same page as this entry. You've given enough information about what you do (your job title, the fact that you were on probation until recently) to identify you.
It's just not a great habit to get into, you know? I know how important it is to let off some steam. But I'd hate to see you get burned.
*strange face goes here* Thanks for that, I didn't think about stuff like that. Does locking it to friends only limit what recruiters can find through google and stuff or is it too late once it's been published? (Not trying to block you or anything, just random outside people who I don't usually think about needing to block.)
