Storm yesterday.
Car won't start today.
Starter frozen/broken.
Called garage and towing.
Garage will take car, but towing has no idea when they will arrive at my door.
Called work to cancel the first half of my split shift.
Sit.
Wait.
Stare at phone.
Make coffee.
Get on Internet to whinge.

Reality ran me over and hurt me bad. I had a panic attack, a near nervous breakdown, and a fit of hysterics as a result of the afore mentioned. All this as a result of the fact I can pretty much guarantee I will not be getting into UNB, and have to pin my hopes on MUN. I don't like those odds ( Read more... ) -

Apparently, getting a screw into a wall when it is up near ceiling level and you have little room to maneuver is quite a bit harder than you initially think it will be. One of the managers at work today was joking around and asked about relationship things. Knowing I'm single, she asked me what I was looking for. My mouth went off before my brain registered what I was saying:
