I'm not convinced yet that it's for real. When I get a chance and it's not 5:30am here, I'll look for more information. The bill was listed on a gov site to amend a law, but none of the ones saying it passed were from a government site. They were all on org sites.

When I see a .gov site saying it is an actual law, I'll letcha know. :)
