Alvin took a turn for the worse late last night. I had to bring him into the vet again this morning. They took a blood panel and it turns out he has Acute pancreatitis. I am really to depressed to write much more right now. I think I'm going to be sick.

As long as it hasn't already spread to any other organs, or isn't caused by a tumor or such it is often treatable. Also it is imperative that you get the dog in right when the symptoms start. It can be a fatal illness though and that scares me! At this moment we have started to introduce Alvin back on food and so far he has not vomited thank God! I love this little dog. He has been with me through some of the worst years of my depression. We share a bond closer than I share with most people.
