We just started watching - we're partway into Season 1. It's good. Not as gritty as Numb3rs, and not as funny as Psych, but kind of a blend of the two. We're enjoying it so far.

It gets better as it goes. The more they bring Mozzie into focus, and the deeper the what-the-hell-is-going-on-with-Kate hole goes, the better it all gets.

You will likely notice as you go that they are very fond of misleading cliffhangers at the season breaks. >:-)
