He was also a bunch of other things. Founded three traditions, worked in several others, was partner to Herman Slater of Magickal Childe fame, etc. He's a name you should know.

I have no doubt Eddie was a mixed bag, but in a lineage that contains Kenny and Tzipora . . . well, Eddie doesn't come close to being the most problematic person in my upline, does he? I'd rather at least have and know and teach the history, good and bad. I wasn't aware of the Lloyd controversy before I bought it, and there's enough history in it that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else (without taking a year out of my life to go knock on people's doors in NYC and ask) that I'm not sorry I bought it.

Glad to see the "historical folks" such as Lady Vivienne turned out - she's one of my Craft great-grandmothers as well, as she and Lady Gwen are in the same position in my overall lineage (which is kind of weird, since NECTW, which was Eddie's original tradition and Lady Gwen was his initiator.)
