1. Open your image. Crop it the way you want and sharpen a lil bit
i'll start with my base:

2.duplicate your base->screen 100%
3.duplicate your current layer again->soft light 100%
4.then go to Image->Adjustments->desaturate or press Shift+Ctrl+U
5.Layer->new adjustment layer->color balance.midtones. set it to -36, -12, 35
6.Layer->new adjustment layer->selective color.
Black 0,0,0,8
Yellows -100,0,100,0
Reds -100,0,0,0
7.Layer->new adjustment layer->Curves. RGB
Input: 160
Output: 185
now it should look like this:

8. now you can add textures, brushes, etc.
i used this texture first:

can't remember from where i got it, sry ^^
i've also used a scratch texture
