It's so wierd. Now there is a craigslist for my city, as of yesterday. It is all people offering housing for Katrina victims. Im glad they finally added our city and I am happy people are really stepping up. I am actually sooo suprised at the number of people offering their houses to the families in need ( Read more... )

So I find out my brother had the baby shower yesterday and never invited me. He said he told my mom to, but my mom said he said he had left me tons of messages. So of course I have a crying episode driving home from wallmart. I decide to go ahead and change my ac filters because they are gross and havent been changed in a year. Im skipping town tomorrow hopefully. I just showed up to work and they are already closed. All the traffic lights have already been taken down all over town and secured. During Ivan all of them were torn down by the storm, so at least this time they are taking more precautions. It so sunny and nice out, it makes it hard to believe a killer storm ( Read more... )
