So im listening to Utada Hikaru's Eternally (J-Pop). Didn't understand it, but it just sounded nice. So I looked up the lyrics, and 'wow' the song's lyrics are just as good as the music. Yea, anyways i just wanted to share. Is it just me or does Japanese music have more meaning than our American pop artists?

I was thinking that too, but do you think it's possible that English translators provide more meaning to the songs? Like I was reading 2 translations of a French? poem, Charles Baudelaire's "Jewels" and 1 version was simple and boring and the other one was very...stimulating =D
