So I almost ran over a disabled person...again

Early this morning, I was turning to go up a ramp to a carpark. Some bogan 4WD decides it needs to leave IMMEDIATELY, so sits waiting to turn, as I turn in, a cripple walks out from behind this 4WD, I stop, she has room to pass (even if she was limping), but she acts as if there's the space only a very tiny man, in spandex could possibly slip ( Read more... )

what really annoys me is that some disabled people actually think that everyone and society owes them........but hey, isn't that the same way with everybody? some people think the world owes them everything because of whatever happened in their lives........anyway........yah....my thing, my son is disabled, and i'm worried that he'll turn like a big spoiled jerk......there are some disabled people out there that think their shit doesn't stink and i only hope mike and i raise our childrent and benny to be decent.......another good point, a lot of people think all disabled people have one personality, they have one which is nice, or they actually don't have one because they are mentally unable to do so........NOT TRUE.....disabled people all have personalities, just like normal people, and you unfortuneatly had the experience of seeing the shitty ones.

Yeah, my best friends sister has down syndrome (which your son suffers from too right?), and she isn't just a flat, monotone personality, depending on her mood, determines how she acts.

But yeah, Sydney is full of assholes.
