[ a few days of listening - of watching - is the absolute limit of what Kamina will stand. people are scared, people are getting hurt, and he's not going to just stand by and let that happen, no matter how many times people tell him "That's just how it is here."

We're also using the top floor of rooms since they're empty, so people can sleep inside if they don't want to be on the roof.
