True. "Where there is a will there is a way." goes the saying. But to not make an attempt is even more foolish. As a practitioner of the japanese sword when you face an opponent theres a possibility your going to get cut. But to think "Crap, Im going to get cut so I might as well not defend myself. Maybe my enemy will defend me." is foolish. Countries in my opinion are large representations of many rolled into one being. Dont show any shiny spears or well trained soldiers your opponent will think you are foolish and see that land better ruled by himself and a attempt a take over. Whether that opponent is small or large. A squad of fanatics or a well trained army. This guy has blown all our cash on foolish pursuits weakening us by the day. True enemies not pursued and false ones put on the island of misfit toys.
