The results from both of my scans were fairly good. Neither growth is dangerous according to my doctor, and I can either leave them there or get them taken out. I am taking option B,as the one on the knee is causing some discomfort and I just want to get rid of the lump on my back sooner or later. So I am looking to have the cyst on my knee done in

I think you will find you can't just get surgery done on the spot. Better to get it done while still at IKEA (I'm assuming you've got a poo-load of sick leave accrued by now), before trying to change jobs. Good luck with it though. And don't believe the surgeon when they say the recovery time. Allow at least 50% longer, is what I find. They always underestimate the suffering they cause.
