My grandmother went into diabetic shock yesterday afternoon. She's 92 and has advanced Alzheimer’s. She went unconscious and her insulin levels where way off so they took her to the hospital ("they" are the people at the care facility she lives in). I decided to get my hair cut this weekend since it was getting too long. So I got it chopped off - I think she cut off a good 7 inches. Now my hair is above my shoulders at the longest, has lots of layers and I actually have bangs for the first time since elementary school. They are going to be filming a movie in Port Gamble starting the end of October and running through mid November. Its an independant film staring Tony Shalboub (star of the Monk TV show).
