Ok, call me strange but I just saw an ad that is just plan weird.
"When someone close to you or your family dies, we will come and make the bed and leave a flower on the pillow. Academy Funeral Homes, we care."
Tell me, maybe I just plain don't know 'cos I've never really had anyone close to me die, but what the fuck??

But I think they mean on the bed of the loved one who is greaving.
I'm sorry, but if I just buried my husband/partner of 20 odd years I really wouldn't want to come home and see a nicely made bed with a FLOWER ON THE PILLOW. (the nicely made bed thing wouldn't be so bad)
Thats just... um, creepy?
