My friend asked me and damned if I have the answer to it at the moment. How does alliteration work in Japanes? Ie, is there a formal technique or method?

You know, I'm not really sure. I don't notice it (doesn't mean it's not there, though). I venture a guess that it is harder to alliterate Japanese. I will ask a colleague and get back with you.
