Well, today has not been a fun day. I just needed to say that. I need to come to grips with the fact that today has been a lousy day. So I'd normally write cute stories and discuss the banal happenings of my everyday life. man, what a funk. :( I'm sorry your day hasn't been very nice...I'll be looking forward to a future entry more like the normal entertaining Laura entries, but sometimes funky days just happen (and not funky in like a cool 70's way, but funky in like a nasty smell or something).

I wish you hugs and cozy blankets!

Yes funky days do suck and that one in particular did. However on a nicer note, the day after that was considerably better. My grandmother's cross that I had lost when it broke off my necklace I did find the next day so yays there. Also I had Batman, toast with strawberry jam, kitty cuddles and Davis and Dr. Boge both called me and helped me feel better. I'm sorry I haven't been more with the entertaining stories. I just don't see many people or do much anymore, and I have been in a period of funk as of late and not jiving with a groovy bassline if you know what I mean. I do appreciate your wish of cozy blankets and hugs, and I wish the same for you! Also I hope things have been going well and stuff, because I haven't heard from you in awhile.

Hey, I"m so sorry that you have been stressed about a job and all that fun stuff. It really sucks to be blah! Especially in the winter when you feel trapped inside the house. Atleast you have Saira to keep you company and love you!

Yes, although I have not been so much of the trapped in the house, because of the crazy weather. I have been walking a lot. Although it has not comforted me as much as it once did. Saira is quite the company, specially when I need things peed or puked on. But she is also good for cuddles. Today we had a 'good morning' which where when I get up the first thing I do is sit in a chair and love on her when she wakes up. Today we brushed and she is quite the shiny, sleek, sassy cat. My funk is the non-employed, uninsured, broke, goal-less life and I'm not sure how to make it better, but I keep getting up every morning and trying so I guess that's a start. I saw a health care professional this morning and they are worried that my thyroid might be twacky as I have gained way too much weight the last few months. But I'm not sure how soon I can get that checked. That was one of the things from the entry of the day that funked that belonged in the 'others' category. So anywho, that's the last of my sadsackness and now I'm going to ( ... )

p.s. I hope things are going well in sufferin, and you aren't suffering in sufferin. And that you are having much bilingual fun. On a bilangual note, Davis and I keep speaking to the kitty in different languages to see if one sticks. So far no response but we think she might respond to chinese.
