so it's just now sinking in that in 21 days, i'm starting high school. i'm going to be a freshman (obviously). therefore, seniors will eat me.
and it wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the face that a new high school was just built and it is FREAKING HUGE.
seriously. look. and it's bigger than it looks, if that's possible at all. look at this.

HOLY SHIT, YOUR SCHOOL IS HUUUUUUGE. My school is probably not even half the size of yours. (Then again, we only have 145 students, so..)

Don't worry, two days ago I received a letter about picking my electives and it was confusing.

But I bet you'll be fine. :) Good luck!

I'm going to be a senior this year. . . ;D
Thank goodness the school is big enough for you to run hide from the seniors.
I'm so jealous your school is bigger than ours.
My high school is renovating, but I don't know how big it's going to be since they are expanding.
No classes with your friends?
That's why you make friends with your new classmates.
High school is not that scary . . .

DON'T EAT ME.
seriously, i wish the school was smaller. it scares me when we drive by it. a girl who's only 5'4 should not have to face a school that's like a billion square feet.

my only issue when trying to make friends with other people my age is that i've kinda developed a huge fear of opinions, whether they're good or bad. that's why i've just been sticking with the friends i've known for a while. i guess i have to force myself to get over that throughout these next four years, though...

how did your freshman year go? did seniors attempt to eat you? ;)

Then we should switch school buildings. ;] But it won't seem that big when you get use to it. When I was a freshmen, I thought the school looked big at first, but when I got use to it, it didn't appear that big.

High school will get easier when you become an upperclassmen. Trust me. For now enjoy what you can as a freshmen. You'll be surprise high school is a lot different than middle school, more experiences to face.

My freshmen year was actually great, I had a lot of friends in high school already so it was a smooth sail for me. Having older friends in high school helped a lot. I'm was a little more outgoing than most freshmen that time so it wasn't a stretch for me from going from middle school to high school.

But join lots of clubs with your friends, then you'll make friends easier that way.
