there are some moments when i honestly think things can't get any worse - like when i've been up for twenty hours and i think i'm going to be able to sleep for a little bit after elise eats but then kayla lays her flat on her back and her reflux flares up - then moments like when i think i threw my back out from carrying her carseat all over
