A costumer told me that I was stupid, and I told them not to insult me.

It went down from there.

Tuesday will be my last day. I will not be returning. I am very upset.

I've been there, too... I once had a lady threaten to come to my work and beat the shit out of me - that's seriously what she said. That was when I worked at the bad portrait studio.

What is wrong with people?! I work at a 50's diner called Gunter Toody's. BLEH. It's not the best place to say the least.

I think some people just get on a power trip treating others (especially those serving them) like crap. :/ It's times like that where I just want to throw good customer service out the window and come up with some wonderfully insulting retort!
