I worked at oboys for 5 years and the place is a human resource disaster waiting to happen. The owner has no education in business or hospitality whatsoever and it shows. He is the most rude man in the world and no one in winter park respects him. The Colonial Location was just rated this week to be the #3 dirtiest restaurant in orlando. The winter park location has dropped 120,000 in sales a month since last year and the only thing keeping them afloat is their catering department. I hope the place goes under because i have never worked so hard for a company and been treated like shit so bad. Not to mention i was missing 20 hours on 2 of my paychecks and numerous hours on others. I had to bring in my check out slips to prove it everytime it was screwed up. They will be sued eventually for negligent hiring because they hire a lot of complete morons who definetly have criminal records and put others at risk when working. The place was robbed on an inside job and a worker had there head busted open with a pistol. It was probably the ( ... )
