For some reason I think it would be hot if they all knew it was happening to everyone and could even see the rest of their nakama in this situation. Use whoever's viewpoint you prefer. Just bring on the voyeurism, humilitation and tentacles.
Brook and Chopper can sit it out if you prefer. Or leave the monster puzzled in Brook's case.

I'd like to see Sanji kind of loose some of his sanity over this...like maybe he feels he needs to be EXTRA brutal/cruel to try and get a raised bounty with a new picture. Maybe his reaction when stumbling across some marines masturbating to the poster? Or perhaps he totally looses it and dons the dress and luxuriates in blood of his victims because at least then he is recognized.

Just anything to push up the level of brain breakage, humiliation, or even humor of it. I think I would genuinely like anything that came of this.

On Zoro's twentieth birthday, a daisy pops up on his head.
In case I was a little too subtle, HE IS THE SEX POLLEN PLANT. Which would actually make sense in a reproduction sort of way, to make everyone around you start falling all over you when you become fertile...
You decide if Zoro is also affected, or if he was even aware of his true nature, making him VERY CONFUSED when stuff starts happening.
I'd like this to at the very least include Zoro and Sanji, and then add any other characters you want, Sex pollen is the friend of orgies.
People being in character, just unable to resist Zoro suddenly is a must.

And yes. A dandelion or any kind of flower is acceptable. I just think the idea of Zoro's obviously plant-related hair flowering is hilarious.
It's cause he frowns so much, that having a daisy (OR dandelion!) on his head just becomes somehow... badass.
