She was like a 5 year-old, bless her. She was on the Orkney isles sheep shearing at the time (as bizarre as that sounds) this, ironically, being one of several activities she'd planned

Pearlette mentioned the possibility of an August get together. Is there any news on that front? I'm still on holiday and using the public library. giving_ground tells me there's a great puppet show in town, something-Q, can't remember what, featuring a song called the Internet is for porn. :D

I had considered veternary college myself, but knowing the few vets I do, I wasn't sure if I wanted such a demanding, wholly consuming job. More power to her if she is up to the challenge!

I certainly couldn't do the job. Apart from anything else, I'd be forever crying with each little tragedy - not very professional!
