I've been backstitching for the past two or three days. I can't say it's been a ton of fun but I can't say I totally hate it either. I like the way it makes the picture pop. I should have taken a photo of the piece before I backstitched. I didn't think of that. As it is I'm halfway through. Maybe I'll still take a photo of the bottom half that I'm

Sorry to hear your fibro has been bad. I had a bad spell a couple of weeks ago but the worst of it passed when the weather changed. That was about when I learned for the first time that fibro screws up balance! I'd always figured I was just a dork! It was good to finally put a reason to my clumsiness.

What is back stitching? Is that where you outline an area with straight stitches?

Sorry the email for this was buried in another account and I didn't get a notification for it thanks to Gmail's new system. Yes backstitching is outlining with straight stitches. Basically adding finishing touches. :-)
