The "Gently" icon is in reference to my back and sternum, which, thanks to my seat belt, are just a little hurt.

Yeah, I get a little less sore every day. There are two spots on my chest that still hurt quite a bit and I'm starting to feel my back more now that the chest pain is wearing off. But, as a whole, I feel better.
