Two-Step Flow Theory

In my Media & Society class this week, I am going to talk about the Two-Step Flow Theory. That is where one person high up deems a topic interesting and then adds their own perspective on the subject based on their own values and beliefs. Then proceed on passing the information to other followers. It is like putting your own twist on something then

I was thinking that not maybe not all media would use Two-Step Flow Theory. I am sure that in some way there is some of the person's prospective put on to it.
