I just saw that it was crossed out on my userinfo page.  I loved this community!  Wonder what happened?

Oh well.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day - 90 degrees and a good pool day here in NY.  Now I am looking for Thai eggplant recipes and trying to make myself useful while V sleeps.

I missed it!  Hope it was a blast.

 Days are flying by this summer, or so it seems...

so much happening during these past 6-8 weeks.

We are all headed uo to Albany to celebrate our 5th anniversary!  I have not gotten to read my Flist pages.  I will.  I love to keep up with everyone.  It may be a couple of days though :)

Dear Dosa,

You are the most delicious concoction.  A lentil crepe, stuffed with potatoes and crunchy lentils.  Slathered with lentil sambar and drizzled with hot coconut chutney, what more could I want?

I give humble thanks to Ranjana at Krishna Groceries, who lovingly and skillfully makes you every Monday and Friday.

I got puked on yesterday (I mean REALLY yakked on), and I can say that I never in my life imagined that it would be no big deal someday to get showered by vomit.  And yet, it wasn't.   It was gross, smelly, and needed immediate attention.  But I didn't go through the roof like I imagined I might if I ever found myself in this ( Read more... )
