2. Now go to Selective Color and do this:
Reds: -66, +27, +72, -13
Yellows: -41, -2, -100, -46
Neutrals: 0, -9, -24, -9

Midtones: +20, +12, -21
Highlights: +11, +12, 0
Shadows: +23, +6, +25
Normal 77%

2. Go to Levels and do this:
RGB: 0, 1.87, 255
Normal 21%

3. Duplicate the Levels Layer and set it to 100%

4. Go to Selective Color and so this:
Reds: -52, -26, +31, +60
Whites: +49, -43, -46, -58
Neutrals: -3, -7, -5, -20
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, +28

5. Again, to Color Balance and to this:
Midtones: +16, +1, -12

6. Go to Hue/Saturation and do this:
