I have a nikon D80 kit... but that's not a canon :P

$800 for a D80 body, with the full accessories (Neckstrap, hotshoe cover, body cap, eyepiece cover, battery, charger, english manual), 18-135mm zoom lense (with sunguard and both caps), a rubber shell/armour, cheatsheet, and wired remote

You can always check eBay no much available. I know about the cost issue. Tired of my digital point and shoot, I went back to my film SLR
