Danger Crew...you got so many hos you don't know what to do

I agree with you... I am a relatively caring person and I don't think I would make a horrible parent, but I really don't know that the suburbia thing is for me. I can think of similar situations I was also submersed in a suburbia situation and it was an immedite feeling of "wow. I SO don't belong here." I cringe at the thought of having kids right now. different strokes for different folks is more than right. However, I do have some respect the mothers out there who devote their lives to their husbands and kids. My cousin (and my sister) are that way, and I think the kids are the better because of it. There are wayyyyy too many selfish parents out there, and I'd much rather a mom be an obnoxious "i love my kids" supportive soccer-mom type than the "god damn these fuckin brats, I'm going out to get wasted" crackwhore negligent-mom type.

I agree with you too. I do have respect for the devoted moms (my mom was one of them carting me to dance classes every week etc etc). I think that it builds a stronger bond between the parent and child having them around more often. But there are women that live here who have children going into 2nd grade and haven't had a night to themselves since the kids were born because they don't trust a babysitter--other than their mothers--and the father wont watch him because his agenda comes first. It's unreal the gender molds these people fall into.
