Aww, thank you! ^__^ The graffiti shots were taken underneath an overpass on Riverside Drive, and the others were taken in an alley in downtown Windsor.
Omg I thought they were from a magazine at first... beautiful art, pictures ect... btw you need to do this for a living and ya I wish I ahd your talent. PLus that guy is amazingly photogenic
i will resist commenting on how photogenic darryl is and focus on the pictures themselves, providing insightful comments from one artist to another.
color and composition are well done. 8 definitely rocks the casba, what with his b&w outfit and colorful, in your face background. the black and white photos are wonderful as well, though 3 isn't as strong as the other ones. 5's colors are so strong and gritty, again, sweet contrast with his clean outfit. 10 has to be my second favourite, right after 8, though it would be #1 if it only focused on the figure and the graffiti, and didn't include the distant wall/grass/vent thing, if you crop that out it would definitely zero in on the figure and without making it too left heavy (after all, you have the shadow and wall to balance). 4's brightness/contrast is stunning: the white is crisp, good contrast to the deep black. to the others that i didn't comment on, there is of course nothing inherently wrong with them, but they aren't as strong as some of the other one. there is a certain

(So, I definitely didn't see this comment until a couple minutes ago. Weird?)
Thanks for this. I love that you took the time to critique these rather than jumping on the bandwagon and doing absolutely nothing for me (other than boosting my ego, of course). ♥
..& it's not so much talent as it is technical. =/
