Waking early, I headed out to see a few things on my way out of Yellowstone. I first drove to the Canyon Falls to catch a few more photos. The sun was just rising and lit up the canyon, bringing out the beautiful colors of the rock. I also captured some pics of the upper falls before the sun went away. The evening in the Black Hills was wonderful. I went to see Crazy Horse Mountain, a wonderful site where that evening they were having a laser light show followed by a fire display, celebrating the CEO's birthday. The site was a lot of fun and the history is rich and moving. I highly recommend everyone seeing this memorial in progress.

Yesterday was all about getting ready for camping. I went to a couple of different stores and bought some last minute supplies. I hung around to have dinner with Steven, as I was cooking for him. Monday was a simple day: woke, showered, packed the car, had a bite to eat and headed out to Minneapolis. The drive through Minnesota was beautiful.
