As splendid as our vacation was, there is always a profound sense of welcome in coming home.
Between Akira exploring the outback and Koujirou catnapping in any available patch of shade, I would say our vacation was a success.
Cousin Kenya...perhaps you'll join me for coffee soon?

All that fuss about leaving my laptop behind, and the two of them bring their own and spend time teasing each other on it...
Ah, irony.
For my own part, it was something of a relief not to have to worry about anything for a week or so. I did sneak a little time here and there when they were not looking, if only to reassure myself. But other than that, it was time well spent, and we even managed to get a bit of training in on our expedition into the Outback.
Though this new idea Akira and Koujirou have of going out on dates is amusing me to no end. It seems we have done everything backwards in establishing our relationship, and now they are seeking to resolve it in some way...If nothing else, it's cute, I suppose.
Ohtori-kun seems to be very supportive of this new idea to be my little spy within the government. I would not be remiss, however, to set up a plan to protect him should something untoward happen...I will need to look into that immediately. But, as of so far, things are looking...extremely well.
Now, if only Ryou-kun's cat didn't take such a liking to my study when I am in it...she is a pleasure, but not when one is working.
