I had very little sleep last night but eventually managed to drop off. The first thing I thought about when I awoke this morning was this bloody work situation.

I'm trying not to let it get me down but not really being very successful, it's constantly on my mind.

I've found evidence that Syfy were purposely trying to bury SGA, I don't think I've ever seen a ad for a science fiction series this bad....the only redeeming factor about it is Joe Flanigan.

So my doctor and I were planning for me to return to work next week.

So the final episode of the Stargate franchise has aired in The States and so ends an era.

It's a mistake and someday TPTB will realize what a big mistake it was and regret it because quality like that doesn't come along everyday. It takes a lot of elements coming together to make that kind of magic happen and I think they forgot that and took it ( Read more... )

The McKay episode of SGU aired on Monday night here in the UK. Now fair enough I wasn't completely focused on the episode because I was constantly hitting the refresh button on my laptop waiting for tickets to the Stargate convention, Chevron 7.7, to go on sale but I think it gave me a more objective view of the episode.
