awww, that's sweet! what happened to her? my anton turned into an anton-ia one day! i went to clean out his cage and found an egg..i screamed and ran into the house and my mum went outside to see..hahaha i got her from my school when i did year 11 biology. i was so scared of birds and i don't know what possessed me into putting my name in to be drawn out to bring a duck home for the experiment, but i overcame my fear of DUCKS but not birds (ughhhh) once we met! we once had a white pigeon that would come visit us a long long time ago, but they will never rock as much as my duck does! or did...she's got a new home now on a larger piece of land with other ducks eating as many worms as she likes... i do hope she gets as much love as i gave her! :( hehe can you tell i loved (still do) my baby very much? :)
Badass, I moved and had to leave my ducks behind with my famer landlord. Bu had 3 white pekin ducks like yours, and a fawn runner. The whites were Funky Duck (my first and most intelligent, she would come when I called her name and quack to me as she ran and lead the other ducks back home) and then there were Wheezy and Not-wheezy, we got them at the same time and one wheezed and the other didn't, hence the names. The runner was called Freaky Duck, because he looked diff from the other ducks. They make the best fucking pets, just don't feed them rice-crispies, it makes a scary sound inside their tummies. (happened by mistake btw)
I stumbled upon you by accident, trying to search for my friend's journal, which I thought was ophelia_balls....but I was wrong :) Anyhow, I see your photos of Anton and am extremely jealous. I adore ducks!
