J doesn't have a normal work schedule and he never will. Its something I hated at first but have grown used to now and even see the good points most of the time. feel your pain...hubs being a drill sergeant means the alarm goes off everyday at about 3:30 am and you're left having to wonder sometimes so very early in the morning, "is it one of those days i get to sleep in?"

holidays really mess up the schedule then too, because he doesn't get them off and i do and have to pay closer attention to whether the next day is go back to work day
