and oh noes!! i manage to pick a dress that is of course, from an unadvertised line by the designer, and alas, after 2 days of searching on the internets, i can find every damn style # from that line BUT mine :)

About your post in weddingplans

Most of the women there are, I've noticed, MAJOR prima donnas and are apparently infallible, as if you are hurt, you're expected to just buck up and "take it because it's no biggie".

Thing is, they don't realize stuff like this does hurt...I'm sorry your post was mocked. Honestly, I left, but I still go there for ideas and stuff every so often and I'd suggest the same.

With your permission, I'd like to friend you because you seem like a very nice person whom I wouldn't mind knowing.

thanks for the support. i'm still reading through all the emailed comments about my post on weddingplans AND to the responsory comment i left on stupid_free (which was essentially "fuck off") but i came across your comment to my personal lj here.

yeah, it's taken 4 months for me to finally figure out all the bullshit drama of that community (independent of the "here's my bizarre/dysfunctional family situation, need some advice" drama that ppl post). i may have to stop reading as much as i do.

anywho- thanks again and i'll friend you back. i'm considering making this lj friends-only, too, so you got me just in time :)

I'm new to this journal thing in general. A friend of mine e mailed me a link to join. So I'm a bit confused about it all. I ran across yours and it struck my interest. I'm sure you get millions of comments and questions all the time! But if you do have time , I wouldn't mind some advice from you. If not that's perfectly ok, I understand. Either way good luck! :)
