It's a top down raglan...it's more of a formula...then a pattern...so start with like...100 stitches..and then increase (with the increase of your choice kfb yo...) until the sweater is large enough....then you put the beginning of the sleeves and put them on waste yarn...and then you knit the rest of the sweater.... Later you pick up the sleeves and knit those.... I knit mine in the round...even though I wanted a cardigan...b/c the long purl rows suck. Then I did a machine sewing steek and then added the button bands.

There's good directions for it here.... http://glampyreknits.tripod.com/glampyrephotos/id44.html

haha yeah..... I'm knitting this great purse right now...that's covered in different colored bats...

And I've been collecting halloween fabric...so that at some point I can make a halloweenish quilt.

Both are fabulous!

My project for this summer is to learn how to use a sewing machine and maybe start quilting, etc. First I have to take my boyfriend's grandmother's sewing machine somewhere to get fixed. You have given me some motivation to do that!

Thank you! You should def. get into sewing this summer...I'm in love with it....It has a litle more instant gradification then knitting...so it's always a nice change.
