But this made me giggle. And I actually think Paul is my favorite, as he's loud and angry but reads stuff like North & South. Hee.
And this is ever so lovely:
She’s holding a wooden spoon in one hand, and Sam wonders, wistfully thinking of Emily, if it is the fate for all of the Pack to fall in love with women who want to beat them to death with kitchen implements.
It has been forever! But Jared has been sulking in a corner of my mind because I never fully wrote out his seduction stalking wooing of Kim. AND SO. XD
Paul is wonderful. He is actually a very sensitive guy - his rage meter just goes up a lot because he has to deal with Jared so much. North & South and all of his other lit-re-chair choices are Angie's brilliant invention. (She has a list! Of books he likes! I should poke her until she re-produces this list!)
It's a strange form of masochistic love, centered around everyday utensils. :D

Okay, the whole story is LOL-funny, but this line just had me falling off my chair while dying from laughter.
