Tea in the morning with robot Watson

Feb 18, 2011 21:36

More luggage tagging.

A better proportioned but less accurate sketch of John. (I tried, but tbh he looks more like Jude Law than Martin Freeman. D: That's what I get for not using refs.) Also I found out that the IBM supercomputer that won Jeopardy is called "Watson" about halfway through drawing robot!Watson. And I was like "OH YOU DON'T SAY."

I, for one, welcome our new robot overlords. )

I like this one too! He's kind of a mix between the two...that's okay with me.
And what exactly does he do with his tongue? sounds like a plot bunny to me.

oh, this is BRILL. I love the semi-realistic style, and the slightly menacing air the eye lends to John's character. 8D (it does scream MAD-EYE MOODY to me, though. LAWL)

can't wait to see if you've got more amazing art in your journal...

HAH it is kind of Mad-Eye-ish isn't it. Can't you imagine John as a sort of nutty recluse who shoots up dustbins because he doesn't get enough sleep, the crazy fellow upstairs plays the violin at all hours of the morning... (Sorry yeah, this is what happens. Plot bunnies nom my brains.)

Oh, absolutely. Of course he makes a fuss when Sherlock does it, but I bet he ends up tracing the smiley face with bullet holes when all is Not Fine. lol.
Do let the plot bunnies take over if it means more fantastic art like this... <3

Heh yes... John is more violent (and err, badass) than he likes to admit I think.
