Ok this turned into one hell of a rant. Pink asked me to comment on my poem "Gray Girl" If anyone needs a refresher, the poem is posted here

He's one of my main influences as a writer, for this piece especially. When I can find a fanmail address i'm so going to do it

Oh my God, that poem gave me goosebumps! And I could so imagine TB doing a short film from it! And even though it was written by a girl, I could imagine a guy narating it (*cough Johnny Depp *cough* :P) But it would be so awesome, with the way Tim plays with colour and black & white (I just watched Pleasantville so I was imagining that kind of look as I read it. Even though he didn't do Pleasantville...)
And yeah, high school sucks. Inflicting it on children should be considered an act of child abuse. It's like a well known fact that high school = torture, and yet every kid has to go through it. Hello? Does not compute!
