1) There are teething rings you can buy that have a little baby pain killer on them, so when she chews on it, it actually numbs the pain.

2) There are nighttime and daytime gels that you can apply to her gums to aleviate the pain.

3) I saw a book last night when I was out that I think may interest you. It was a book on baby yoga. Exercises you can do with her that make her a happy baby and would be a bit of a work out for you. Not sure the title, but I am sure you can find something similar. Something like Bitsy Baby Yoga... Oh found a link... Itsy Bitsy Yoga. This site is for classes, but it is the exact same photo that is on the cover of the book.

Lux never used teething rings. She never was interested. This mollar is far back in her mouth, I just bought numbing ointment yesterday. This is her 17th tooth!

I don't know that she is old enough for baby yoga, I don't think that she would have the desire to stick with it. But when she is 2 I'm putting her in Ballet. I'll have to wait for her to be distracted before I can work out I guess.

Did you look at the link? It is for mommies/daddies to do with their babies. You would put her in positions that would help regulate her mood and relieve digestive pain and allow her blood to flow through her body. It is not something that she would do herself and stick with it. I am suggesting it to you to help her be a happier baby.
