Well, you know me, here with the "natural remedy *they* don't want you to know about!" But seriously, taking bee pollen, builds up your immunity. You increase by a pollen ball at a time til you're up to a tea/tablespoon or too. Wicked for energy too. I'm not sure if it's too late ever or if you have to start before allergy season. But we live near the "bee centre" so, I dunno, it's organic? Or something? I'm logged in to the wrong account.

You could try taking some allegra or reactine, I don't know if it would have quite the same chilling effects as Sudafed.
And I think that Springtime Sinus Issues is a much funner way to describe it.
